Title: "Nightmare Unleashed: The Battle of Shadows"
Script:
INT. ABANDONED HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
A dimly lit room with broken furniture and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. A group of terrified teenagers huddle together, their faces filled with fear.
JASON (17), a brave and resourceful young man, stands near the window, peering outside.
JASON Guys, I think it's coming closer... We need to find a way out!
LISA (16), an intelligent and fearless girl, scans the room for any useful items.
LISA I found some old wooden planks! Maybe we can board up the windows?
Suddenly, a loud crash makes everyone freeze in terror. They turn to see that one of their friends has been snatched away by an unseen force.
SARAH (15) (screaming) No! What was that?!
EXT. ABANDONED HOUSE - FRONT YARD - NIGHT
The Dover Demon emerges from behind bushes, its glowing eyes piercing through the darkness. It is disturbed by another presence lurking nearby – the Enfield Monster. Both creatures are equally terrifying but have different appearances; one more humanoid while the other grotesque and monstrous.
Dover Demon growls menacingly as Enfield Monster roars back in response.
INT. ABANDONED HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - CONTINUOUS
Jason quickly barricades all entrances using wooden planks as Lisa devises a plan based on her research about these monsters.
LISA We have to keep them at bay until sunrise when they lose power temporarily! Remember what we learned about them — light weakens both of them!
The remaining teens gather flashlights and candles while Sarah finds an old oil lamp hidden beneath debris.
EXT./INT. ABANDONED HOUSE - VARIOUS LOCATIONS - CONTINUOUS
The battle between the Dover Demon and Enfield Monster intensifies. They exchange powerful blows, screeching and growling in a chaotic dance.
INT. ABANDONED HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - CONTINUOUS
The teens use their light sources to fend off the creatures, causing them to recoil temporarily.
JASON We can't let them get inside! Keep shining those lights!
Suddenly, one of the flashlights flickers out unexpectedly. Panic ensues as they realize their defenses are weakening.
LISA Quickly! Light that candle! We can't afford to lose any more light sources!
They huddle together, creating a circle of protective light with the remaining candles and flashlight beams.
EXT./INT. ABANDONED HOUSE - VARIOUS LOCATIONS - CONTINUOUS
The demonic creatures become increasingly desperate as they sense dawn approaching. Their attacks grow wilder yet weaker with every passing moment.
INT. ABANDONED HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - MORNING
As sunlight breaks through the windows, both monsters retreat into shadows outside. The teenagers breathe a sigh of relief but remain cautious until sunrise is complete.
EXT./INT. ABANDONED HOUSE – FRONT YARD – MORNING
With daylight fully restored, both creatures disappear entirely into thin air—defeated for now but leaving behind an eerie silence.
Jason looks at his surviving friends solemnly before turning towards Lisa with determination in his eyes.
JASON This nightmare might be over for now... But we need to find out where these monsters came from and how to stop them permanently! Our town needs us!
Together, they walk away from the abandoned house ready to face new horrors or whatever challenges lie ahead on their quest for answers — determined never to forget this nightmarish battle against darkness.
